Suitcase gym. Fitness from anywhere.

Individualized workout routines for the busy person who’s fit and working to stay that way…and the ones who maybe aren’t-so-fit and wanting to get that way.  Or, for people with no gym membership wondering about this whole workout-at-home thing.  This site’s for you.

Hi. I’m Perry. I fell in love with lifting weights in 1973 using an original Universal Gym machine in middle school for football and track. I’ve been in love with fitness, and lifting in particular, ever since.

Suitcase gym fitness from anywhere

I’ve traveled for business since January 1983 and have somehow managed to stay in reasonable-to-great shape. I love food and restaurants.

In the meantime, I’ve had two hip replacements (same side), neck surgery, and lower back surgery and have managed to bounce back from each.  I know what it feels like to hurt, and to just sit on the couch or lie in bed.  So I get it.  Lack of motivation can be a thing.  Somehow, I’ve found ways to keep fitness fun and something I enjoy doing.  I’d love to share what’s worked for me.

Here’s what I do:

  • Design routines that works for you, even if you only have 30 minutes a day.
  • Show you ways to make that under-equipped hotel gym work for you.
  • Customize a workout that takes your unique physical needs into account.
  • Help you design your own home workout set-up, for less money than you’d expect.
  • Share tips for eating healthy, for less than what you’d spend on fast food.

There aren’t any secret formulas or potions. I don’t waste my money on supplements, pills, workout apps…any of that stuff. I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the best in the fitness and iron game. And I’d love to share what I’ve learned with you.
